This advanced automated welding system has been specially engineered for precision welding of critical components such as Automotive Drive Shafts, Hydraulic Cylinders, and similar rotational parts requiring high weld quality and consistency.
The system is equipped with dual welding heads capable of automatic self-alignment precisely along the weld seam based on component dimensions entered through the Human Machine Interface (HMI). This ensures accurate positioning, repeatability, and reduced setup time for different job profiles.
All key welding parameters including welding travel speed, welding current, welding voltage, and wire feed speed are fully programmable through the HMI in accordance with approved Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS). For enhanced accuracy in demanding applications, an optional Laser Seam Tracking System can also be integrated.
The system also features an advanced Recipe Management System, allowing users to store more than 500 component variants along with their respective dimensions and WPS parameters. This eliminates the need for reprogramming during production changeovers. Operators simply need to select the required welding recipe from the HMI, load the component, and start the welding cycle, ensuring faster setup, reduced downtime, and error-free operation.
The system incorporates state-of-the-art digital welding technology featuring advanced microprocessor-based controls and latest-generation IGBT inverter power source technology, delivering superior arc stability, process reliability, and energy efficiency.
Designed for fully automated operation, the system eliminates the need for continuous operator intervention to monitor or maintain the welding arc during production, thereby improving productivity and process consistency.
Additionally, the system supports Remote Online Weld Data Monitoring, enabling real-time access to critical manufacturing information for Quality Control, Production Monitoring, Inventory Management, and process traceability.
The complete system can also be customized to meet specific production requirements and application needs of end users across various industries.
Designed for precision circumferential welding of pressure vessels and cylindrical components, this advanced mechanised welding system delivers high-speed, defect-free welding performance for applications such as LPG Cylinders, Compressor Tanks, Condensers, Air Receivers, and similar fabricated assemblies.
The system is equipped with either a Single Welding Head or Twin Welding Heads depending on production requirements, enabling faster welding cycles and improved productivity. The welding heads are manually positioned along the circumferential seam, while the welding operation is carried out automatically using advanced Digital Inverter based GMAW-Pulse Technology.
Engineered for consistent weld quality and repeatability, the machine ensures deep penetration, excellent bead appearance, minimal spatter, and highly reliable weld integrity. The precise control of welding parameters allows the system to achieve virtually ZERO rejection with negligible rework, making it ideal for high-volume manufacturing environments where quality and productivity are critical.
The entire welding cycle operates through a Single Touch Operation, significantly reducing operator dependency and ensuring simple, user-friendly machine operation.
This robust and reliable welding solution is ideal for manufacturers seeking higher production efficiency, superior weld quality, and dependable automated performance in pressure vessel fabrication.

Welding parameters including start/end position, travel speed, and torch oscillation are programmable through the HMI, with remote online weld data monitoring for complete process control and traceability.
This system is designed to weld large diameter pipes with long lengths. The system includes job rotator for varying diameters of pipes at a pre-fixed speeds. A Cantilever Boom holds the Vertical Slide which positions the Welding Torch on the desired weld seam.
The other part of the system comprises of motorized Trolley for handling of the large heavy weight pipes from pick-up point to welding station and transport to delivery point.
The sequence of operation are programmable from HMI.
The system is designed to heat a component before welding is done by a Robotic Welding system. This system eliminates the need for expensive Robot Heating Torch & Tool changer. The system incorporates motorized X-Y motion of the heating system and automatic ignition and extinction of the flame after the heating is completed.
The desired temperature for pre-heating of the component can be set from the HMI. The complete heating mechanism is integrated with any Robotic welding system. The entire system can be programmed from the HMI.
Once the set-up is completed the operator will have to START the sequence and the heating system will align itself at the desired position for pre-heating and retract to home position once heating is completed. After completion of the heating the Robot will start automatically and start the welding sequencing.
